MK Business Center sits on Mahatma Gandhi Street in Tewodros Square (Arada), one of Addis Ababa's oldest and busiest trading quarters. Its curved façade wraps the corner, and its name runs along the roofline above the street.
Inside, the mix is deliberately wide. Retail takes the shopping levels, where windows and signage do the work. Offices take the floors above, where daylight comes in on three sides. Service businesses take the larger suites, where plumbing and power make a fit-out possible.
